Astrology Classes
Beginning and intermediate class
Astrology is easy if you take it step by step. This class with use a simple keyword approach to interpretation and by the end of this class, you will be able to interpret a birth chart. We will talk on the phone or skype once a week for about 1 hour. Our session will be recorded digitally and uploaded to you via email after each class. Homework and commitment are required.
Classes: Signs, Planets, Houses, Aspects, Synthesis, Natal Interpretation.

Advanced class
Once the birth chart interpretation is mastered, you can add on other astrological techniques. This class will allow you to do what professional astrologers do with their clients. If you have a dream of become a practicing, interpretive astrologer, this class will allow you to do that. Classes: Transits, Comparison between two people, Astro*Carto*Graphy, Sabian Symbols, Synthesis, Interpretation practice.

Lectures:
Astrology at Resorts and Health Spas
How can astrologers be gainfully employed? One idea is the Spa industry. Susie Cox has worked at Canyon Ranch Health Resort for 29 years and will share her ideas about astrology in the spa world. This lecture will cover the daily life of an astrologer, how to handle many sessions in a row and hints on interpretation. Professional astrologers who are looking for a new clientele will love this lecture.

The Big Picture
This is an extraordinary time astrologically and Susie will take a look at the Big Picture and cycles that affect us all. This lecture will focus on the current and future astrological events such as the Saturn Uranus opposition and the financial crisis, the coming outer planets at cardinal points and Pluto’s transit through Capricorn. She will show the precession of the equinox and how it relates to the Great Ages ending with the Aquarian Age and the 2012 phenomena.

Workshops:
How to interpret a chart
What is the value of doing an excellent reading for your client? It’s priceless. The way clients look at themselves changes forever. The trick to giving a good reading is finding the theme in the chart. Susie will give practical tips on how to interpret a birth chart and easily find the story. She will also cover how to do transits in the same style. Bring your birth chart for all of us to interpret. You will find reading charts much easier after this workshop

Astrodrama – Experiential Astrology and Astronomy
Susie will teach the astronomy that explains astrological movements. People will become the planets and walk in their orbits around the Sun, heliocentrically. The astronomy shown will be: the Sun/Earth interaction showing the seasons and cardinal cross, the Sun/Earth/Moon showing the lunar cycle and the Moon’s Nodes as well as inner retrograde versus outer retrograde motion. The second part will be the planets changing to the geocentric perspective and become a birth chart. Susie will facilitate the interpretation of several charts of the participants. You will never see your chart again the same after this workshop.
