    The Retrograde Parade

All of the outer planets... Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Pluto… are now in retrograde motion, which is fairly rare, and they are indeed forming a Retrograde Parade. The effects of the combination of so many planets will be felt by us all personally and collectively. An important addition to this retrograde is that each of these planets has recently entered a new sign of the Zodiac, so we’re already in a new phase. The retrogrades will clean up the very last bits of the old ways before a fresh beginning can occur.

Saturn and Neptune are conjunct, and both entered Aries between April and May 2025. They are now retrograding back into Pisces and won’t enter Aries again until January and February 2026. Saturn’s orbit is 29 years and Neptune’s is 165 years, so they join each other every 36 years. They are an unlikely pair and don’t connect very well. Saturn is Mr. Responsibility, and Neptune is the dreamer and creator of illusion. Yes, they’re trying to collaborate with each other to find a middle ground.

It adds confusion to the mix, these two planets are joining while they change into new signs, or new realities. Pisces is not only about healing, spirituality and compassion, but it is also about confusion, doubt, lies and the old. Aries is the pioneer to boldly usher in action, change and authenticity, as well as aggression and control. It’s up to each of us and society as a whole to choose which side to gravitate toward, the positive or the negative.

Saturn and Neptune join at zero degrees Aries, which is the Spring Equinox and the beginning of the astrological Zodiac. Zero Aries is the beginning of everything and is an incredibly auspicious degree for Saturn and Neptune to meet. We can expect momentous beginnings. This is a total reboot, leading to an unprecedented paradigm.

Uranus, the planet of revolution, entered Gemini on July 7th, 2025 and will retrograde back into Taurus from November 9th, 2025 until February 4th, 2026. Uranus in Gemini is helping you find your voice in a strong way. Reach out to people. Join an activist organization. Write a book or start a podcast. Be heard. This retrograde back into Taurus will wrap up loose ends before you can be totally free. Ultimately, Uranus is the planet of freedom.

Last, but definitely not least, is good old Pluto. All the other planets have moved back into the previous sign except for Pluto, who has finished his years of backing up into Capricorn. Pluto is in Aquarius now and will remain there until 2044! Pluto turned retrograde on May 5 and won’t turn direct until October 13th. Pluto retrograding in Aquarius will strengthen society and the collective by revealing situations and patterns that have troubled us for many years. Remember that the last time Pluto was in Aquarius marked the American, as well as the French Revolution, so Pluto knows how to change society.

What are the collective implications of the Retrograde Parade? With Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Pluto all in retrograde, this is a time to reflect and to reorganize how you are going to proceed forward. With all the planets in air and fire signs, this could be a time of chaos if not thought out carefully. All these planets will retrograde to give us and the world a little break so that we can rethink life.

What are the areas of focus?

    • Saturn questions authority and the status quo to bring a new reality.
    • Neptune tears away lies and delusion to show clarity with compassion.
    • Uranus breaks the old paradigm and will replace it with the future.
    • Pluto transforms society through empowering each individual to stand up with others as a unified whole.

This Retrograde Parade can be seen as a time to plant seeds, water them, and watch them all blossom in the spring of 2026.
